Lemon Balm, Nettle, Oatstraw, Chamomile, Rose Petals, Tulsi
Use 4 tsp. of herb mixture per quart of water (or 1-2 tsp per cup). Pour boiling water over herbs and steep COVERED for 10-15 minutes. You can make a quart at a time for ease of us if you wish. Drink 2-4 cups daily. Extra tea can be refrigerated for up to 4 days and reheated as necessary.
