Vitex, Black Cohosh, Red Clover, Motherwort, Hibiscus, Lemon Balm
Hot Tea: Pour 8oz boiling water over 1-2 heaping TSP dried herb mixture. Steep covered for 10 to 20 minutes. Drink 2-4 (max) cups daily. Use more herb and longer steeping period for more severe hot flashes.
Iced Tea: Pour 1 quart water over 1-2 heaping TBSP dried tea mixture in a glass jar. Cover securely with a lid and let steep in your fridge at least 8 hours or overnight. Strain and keep refrigerated. Add ice if you wish. Drink 2-4 (max) cups daily.
For ease of use, steep one quart of tea at a time. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Use consistently for at least 3 months, taking 3 days off per month for maximum benefits.
