Red Raspberry Leaf, Parsley, Chamomile, Cramp Bark, Ginger, Vitex
Prior to Period (Preventive Dosing): Pour 8oz boiling water over 1 heaping tsp dry herb mixture. Steep covered for 10-20 minutes. Drink 2-4 (max) cups daily for one to two weeks before menstruation. Steep longer and drink more for more severe menstrual cramps.
It’s too late to prevent – I need relief now! (Acute Dosing): Pour 8oz boiling water over 2 heaping tsp dry herb mixture. Steep covered for 20 minutes. Drink ¼ to ½ cup served throughout the day, up to 3-4 full cups. Drink the maximum for more severe menstrual cramps.
For ease of use, steep one quart of tea at a time. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Use consistently every month prior to period for at least 3 months for maximum benefits.
