[ Podcast E12] Shifting Focus & The Mindset of Healing for Women

From dieting (aka restricting) in my teens to vegetarianism, keto, shakes, detoxes, low-calorie, low-fat, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free….you name it, I’ve done it.

The same goes for workout and supplement experimentation (the number of different supplements I’ve tried is in the hundreds).

What I now know after 16+ years of experimentation is that these physical/external interventions (food, supplements, medications, treatments, workouts, etc) will only get us so far when it comes to healing.

There’s something much deeper that we are missing and not many people are talking about. I’ve experimented with it myself for a long time, especially in the last 12 months and my clients are on a similar path.

I feel very strongly that there’s a huge GAP in women’s healthcare and healing, and from now on I will be focusing on closing that gap.

My mission is (& always will be) to bring you to what I know to be true based on my experiences and the experiences of my clients. To give you every angle necessary to inspire hope and action on your healing journey.
