Hi, I’m Robyn

I’m a Certified Nutritional Practitioner also known as The Hormone Diva.

I work with motivated women who are struggling with hormonal imbalances, period problems, slow metabolisms & infertility to restore balance and feel GOOD.

My passion for this work began when I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) back in 2014 after coming off 7 years of birth control pills.

I like to call this time my “second puberty” because I gained 15lbs, my periods disappeared, I started growing a beard, losing my hair and getting deep, painful cystic acne.

My doc suggested more birth control and Metformin (no thanks!). I was also told to lose weight – even though I wasn’t “overweight”.

Being a newbie nutritionist, I knew I didn’t want to take more meds. So I did everything I could to reverse my symptoms. All the typical diets like low-carb/keto, endless supplements and extreme exercise regimes.

What I discovered was when I focused on (1) eating lots of incredibly nourishing foods and (2) managing internal & external stressors, my body felt SAFE enough to ovulate, have cycles and release weight. My moods evened out, my hair grew back, my skin cleared up and I felt better and more confident than I ever had in my life.

I loved this concept so much, I even created a course around it –  my self-paced program SAFE.

It’s now my mission every single day to get up and help as many women going through the frustration and despair of imbalanced hormones (& the awful symptoms that go along with that) to feel really good in their bodies again.

I now work with women experiencing conditions like:

  • PCOS
  • Endometriosis
  • Amenorrhea
  • Infertility & miscarriage
  • Hypothyroidism (& Hashimoto’s)
  • Fibroids
  • Adenomyosis
  • And so much more!

Robyn Srigley aka The Hormone Diva is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner guiding women to balance hormones, build healthy menstrual cycles and create strong metabolisms. Robyn’s own experience with PCOS and hypothyroidism jumpstarted her passion for supporting women to reverse their symptoms naturally, build confidence and live life on their own terms.
