Sometimes it takes more than mere cleaning up of your diet to balance your hormones — and that means detox. While the length at which a woman should do the detox varies based on her symptoms and history, 21 days twice a year, is a good guideline.
Can you add fish, or chicken to this detox?

Absolutely you can! In my opinion, the more fish the better!
Be sure to grab clean sources, organic/pastured chicken and wild caught, sustainable fish! I eat fish or seafood at least one meal everyday and it always makes me feel better.
